If the vision system is operating at a temperature exceeding 45, it will require additional active cooling. The water cooling system from autoVimation is a solution that meets industrial requirements, allowing the system to operate in adverse external conditions or e.g. in climatic chambers.

Illuminators
Meganova ro a special series of ring illuminators designed for mounting in Orca series housings. The illuminator is equipped with 8 1W LEDs that can work with lenses with a viewing angle from 14 ° to 76 °. The built-in driver enables, among others controlling pulse width, triggering, power control much more. The illuminator also has an opto-isolated trigger input (5-24V). Programming can be done via RS232, and later also via Bluetooth and WLAN. The controller checks the settings made and warns if the current for the pulse length / cycle time becomes too high, and also constantly monitors the LED temperature and turns off in the event of overheating. The integrated flash controller enables direct connection of camera output with lighting. This approach allows you to simplify the entire installation and reduce the final cost of the system.

Aluminum profiles
autoVimation offers various types of dovetail profiles with a length of up to 2 or 3m. In addition, it is possible to modify the available profiles at the customer's request. The dovetail is compact, easy to fold and durable. Also, it allows the autoVimation housings to be moved along a straight line, which would be difficult to achieve with T-type profiles. After tightening, the mounting brackets withstand a displacement of up to 2000 N, so after making the appropriate settings, the housing will be fixed completely still.

Extensions and mounting blocks
The housing extensions simplify lens adjustments, lens changes, or filter changes. The extension can be easily removed allowing full access to components located in the front of the housing.

Adapter plates
Płytki przyłączeniowe pełnią rolę adaptera pomiędzy ramą maszyny (np. profili T) a profilami w kształcie jaskółczego ogona na obudowach autoVimation. 3 rodzaje płytek umożliwiają równoległy, pionowy bądź obrotowy montaż profili do dowolnej ramy. Dostępne są także inne płytki np. płytka przystosowana do statywów ¼” lub 3/8”. W ten sposób płytki umożliwiają montaż obudów autoVimation w dowolnym miejscu bez konieczności budowania całej ramy maszyny z profili typu jaskółczy ogon.

Solutions for polluted environments
Air curtains are used to remove and prevent the deposition of fine dust on the front window of the housing. The offer includes curtains and nozzles of various sizes, adapted to most of the housings available in the autoVimation portfolio. Pneumatic shutters are used to completely isolate the housing window from the external environment when the camera is not recording the image.

Front windows
The specific operating environment of the system can create special requirements for the front glass slide. The autoVimation offer includes sapphire and acrylic glasses, IR reflecting glass (heat reflective glass) or germanium glass for thermal imaging cameras.

Wall mounts
Mounting brackets for mounting autoVimation enclosures on the walls. Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the distance between the housing and the wall, the handles are a very convenient solution in many types of applications.

Mounting kits
Mounting kits allow the housing to be attached directly to the machine. Depending on the type of mounting, the kits allow different combinations of rotation, tilting and moving the housings, guaranteeing the safety of the housing itself. Mounting sets have been equipped with connection plates, thanks to which they can be easily screwed to T-profiles or other elements with holes 25 or 50 mm apart. The offer includes over 20 sets, and in addition, thanks to the modular design, it is possible to create custom solutions at the customer's request.
