ace 2 series

The second generation of the popular ace series features improved performance and competitive prices. High-performance sensors from Sony and the recent addition of new Gpixel sensors with resolution from 2.3 MP to 24 MP and frame rates of up to 160 fps are available in USB 3.0 and GigE standards. Compact housing and robust design make the integration seamless and keep the performance top-notch in demanding industrial conditions.

ace 2 Basic

The second generation of Basler ace cameras. The ace 2 Basic series devices are equipped with Sony IMX392 matrixes, offering 2.3 MP resolution and 51 fps speed for GigE cameras and 160 fps in the case of USB 3.0 interface. Cameras have all the necessary standards and functions, making them suitable for typical vision applications at an affordable price.

ace 2 Pro

A great choice for most demanding applications. Offering additional functionalities compared to Basic series like Pixel Beyond and Compression Beyond increases the performance even more. Pixel Beyond uses interpolation making it possible to simulate different pixel sizes on the sensor. Implemented similarly to binning this feature is useful in reducing amounts of data sent from the camera.

Ace classic, U and L series

Ace series is an ideal choice for cost-conscious systems, great performance to price ratio makes it a great solution for industry, medical imaging, motion control applications, astrophotography and many more.

Compact 29x29mm dimensions, available in all modern interfaces – GigE, USB 3.0, Camera Link with a diverse choice of sensors – including CMOS from ams, e2V and onsemi (MT series) as well as CCD sensors from Sony.

ace U

Introduced to the market with the unique PGI Feature Set and highly-capable CMOS sensors like Sony: Pregius, STARVIS, Exmor R or Onsemi with speeds up to 751 fps.

ace L

Bigger 40x30mm version of ace U with the additional possibility to carry high-res 9 and 12 MP Sony Pregius CMOS sensors with optical formats above 1” for even more demanding applications.

MED ace

Special series designed for applications in medicine, medical technology and life sciences. Excellent CMOS sensors and Basler MED Feature Set combining best hardware, firmware and software functions. Resolution up to 20 MP and frame-rate up to 164 fps all of these advantages make MED ace a perfect solution for the medical industry.

boost

Designed to take advantage of CoaxPress 2.0 Interface – boost series combines top-quality CMOS sensors, high bandwidth and other advantages of the CXP-12 standard assure the highest possible data rates and excellent image quality. Boost series is a great choice for applications where the data has to cover distances that are not possible with another standard e.g applications in the semiconductor and solar industry, display inspection (FPD), print inspection, food inspection and medical technology. Boost cameras feature resolutions ranging from 9 to 45 MP and frame-rate up to 150 fps at full resolution, 12.5 Gbps per channel with up to 4 channels available make it possible to set up multi-camera applications with vast amounts of data throughput.

Next-generation ams sensor CMV12000 provides both – high resolution and high frame rates. Available in mono and color at 12 MP resolution with progressive scan and global shutter technology. High bandwidth is provided by the Camera Link interface and is compatible with all common frame grabbers.

Basler Cameras for Embedded Vision Applications. Dart has a compact form factor and offers a wide selection of sensors. Compliant with USB 3.0, MIPI CSI-2 and LVDS-based interfaces and easy integration with Pylon Software Suite make the dart series a great choice for embedded applications.

Scout family is based on Sony’s CCD sensors with a variety of resolutions and speeds available to suit your application. Basler also offers scout cameras with CMOS sensors by ON Semiconductor. Available resolution range from VGA to 2MP with speeds up to 70 fps.

Line cameras

For applications that require line scan cameras like web inspection, sorting, packaging or transport-related applications Basler offer a Racer series. Reduced space required and cost involved in setting up a system Racer series is an excellent choice. Available in 2k, 4k, 6k, 8k, and 12k resolutions with up to 80kHz max line rate via Camera Link and 51kHz via GigE.
