The various monochrome and color cameras models are available with global or rolling shutter as well as in NIR-optimized variants or the HDTV format.

With these newcomers Basler’s selection of GigE cameras is growing to over 30 models, ensuring that the right camera is available for an extremely broad range of applications. Product Manager Jana Bartels explains: “This selection of GigE cameras is unparalleled in the industry. Our customers can find suitable cameras for all areas of image processing, from entry-level to high-end applications. With the nine new CMOS models, we’ve further expanded our GigE portfolio and reinforced our market leadership in the area of GigE. Customers receive again a very attractive package of high performance and reliability at very competitive prices from Basler.”

The camera models – powerful and cost-effective

The models with 1.3 MP resolution and 60 fps are available either with global shutter (acA1300-60) or a more economical rolling shutter (acA1280-60). There is also an NIR-optimized version (acA1300-60 NIR) .

The 2 MP models are available with 60 fps and global shutter (acA1600-60). Basler also offers monochrome and color variants with 25 fps in an HDTV format and with rolling shutter (acA1920-25).

The rolling shutter models represent a price/performance ratio previously unseen on the 2 MP market, with the popular HDTV format. They are already starting from 199€. They open up the use of powerful digital cameras for the first time in the price-sensitive entry level market, such as for the monitoring of processes or equipment and for measurement applications.
