Read codes and alphanumeric markings at high speeds
Reading codes and alphanumeric codes at high speeds is a challenge for a vision system. The system implemented by Avicon allows you to work with web speeds up to 200m / s with an observation width of 1250mm. Efficient reading algorithms decode more than 50 marks per second. Integration with the plant database automates the collection of data about the location and type of codes for the manufactured assortment and enables the recording of each read marking. The implemented control device is crucial for quality assurance in the production process involving large-scale printing of incremental markings.
