Tunnel illuminators, similar to dome-type illuminators, help avoid reflections from shiny objects. The best lighting conditions are achieved by placing the illuminator as close as possible to the inspected object.
In demanding applications, to eliminate shadows caused by the camera lens opening, a coaxial illuminator can be used together with the tunnel illuminator. The illuminator can optionally be equipped with mounting brackets.
