Metaphase presents a new generation of LED illuminators dedicated to the machine vision market. Previously, applications such as food inspection required multiple stations, each with its own camera and a single dedicated wavelength illumination.

With multispectral cameras working together with Metaphase linear illuminators featuring individually controlled RGB and IR LEDs, it is now possible to perform all inspections at a single station.

Separate R, G, B, and IR LEDs allow contrast optimization by selecting the most suitable wavelength and achieving higher intensity compared to monochromatic white light.
