The main function of AVICON’s customized foil inspection systems is to assure perfect detectability of customer’s specific material defects or to confirm the product’s specific features, depending on his product. Our real-time inspection pipeline assures reliable results for a wide range of web widths and immediate reaction to any quality drops for systems working in in-line mode. Also, automatic reel reports and long term statistics are the standard options of every our system, allowing the operator to easily rewind the roll to the proper place on the slitter rewinder.

Size of the detected defect: od 0,1 mm
Web speed (variant I – production): > 80 m/min
Web speed (option II – slitter rewinder): > 100 m/min
Web width: 100 – 2000 mm
Defect Report: including the type and location of the detected defect
Purpose: multilayer, laminated films

• inclusions, dirts, burrs, holes, color stains
• presence and correctness of imprints
• seam continuity
• seam wrinkles
• skewed seams
• width and transverse offset of web
