Verification of codes and packages

The station’s task is to check the compliance of the used packaging and markings (including codes) with the current production order. Bad packaging and those with illegible or incorrect markings are rejected.

Parameters to check:

• LOT codes
• Packaging dimensions
• Presence of the label
• Correctness of markings (EAN, OCR)

The system is essential in the automation of the palletizing process with the use of a robot.

The vision inspection system is delivered in a stand-alone form integrated with conveyors on the production line. The control application is also integrated with the production management system, thanks to which the vision control is parameterized with the change of the production order.
