CV-DR

CV-R

CV-RLA

CV-RLA is a series of ring illuminators that are great for working at a very short working distance when detecting pits and scratches on uneven surfaces, thanks to low-angle lighting, and darkfield configuration. The CV-RLA series products are constant voltage controlled (CompaVis® series).

CV-RLA-00

CV-RLA-00 is a series of annular illuminators whose characteristic feature is the projection of light in a low-angle configuration at an angle of 0°. CV-SQ

What distinguishes this series of illuminators from the other standard models is the placement of the lighting module in a square metal base. This solution significantly simplifies and speeds up the assembly process at the target workplace. The CV-SQ series offers a uniform, bright beam of light, generated by LEDs, which is great in many industries, such as controlling electronic components. The CV-SQ series products are constant voltage controlled (CompaVis® series).

HPRING Standard

HPRING is a ring illuminator equipped with 12 high-power LEDs. The model is very useful for using directional light in a spherical area. This is one of the most powerful TPL Vision illuminators. Working at a distance of 1m, the standard HPRING version can light up a 550m round area.

Long Working Distance MDRL

The greater working distance is what distinguishes these illuminators from conventional MDRL ring illuminators. In addition, the new series has all the advantages of basic models, i.e. cooperation with MML lenses and a full 360-degree lighting field. The Long Working Distance MDRL series products are DC controlled (MG-Wave® series).

LOW ANGLE II 130 STANDARD

The LOW ANGLE II model from TPL Vision provides lighting for dark fields (darkfield type illuminator). It is very popular among industrial vision specialists. Equipped with new LEDs, it is a version up to 5 times stronger than the previous one. Placed close to the surface, it provides homogeneous lighting with a low angle of incidence.

LTLA

The LTLA series are low-angle strobe illuminators that provide diffused light in a darkfield configuration. Just like typical low-angle lighting, it is used to highlight surface imperfections such as scratches or for special applications such as reading bar codes from close distances.

LTLADC

Low angle ring illuminators that emit light directly onto the object (no scattering plates). The low angle type is used to emphasize surface imperfections, such as scratches, small depressions. The illuminators are dedicated to work in continuous mode.

LTLAIC

The LTLAIC series consists of low angle LED illuminators, emitting uniform, diffused light on the surface of the object, effectively preventing glare, especially undesirable during industrial control. The illuminators are dedicated to work in continuous mode. The low angle type is used to emphasize surface imperfections, such as scratches, small depressions.

LTRNDC

The LTRNDC series includes LED ring illuminators, providing direct (non-diffused) light, available at different angles (depending on the model). These models can be used to reduce shadows and ensure even illumination of objects that do not reflect light. The LTRNDC series is dedicated to continuous operation.

MDRL

The illuminators belonging to the MDRL series are equipped with densely spaced, characterized by high brightness, LEDs, through which they provide 360-degree, shadow-free lighting. MLRL

MLRL is a series of illuminators especially recommended for recognizing shallow surface irregularities such as scratches, embossing, etc. 360-degree LED lighting from a very low angle ensures that the light does not reflect even on shiny surfaces.

Near Axial Ring Lights

Metaphase ring illuminators ensure even and intense lighting. They are made of densely spaced LEDs that illuminate the tested surface, enabling inspection tasks.

Off-Axis Ring Lights

A series of off-axis ring-shaped illuminators, providing a close horizontal light plane that is useful to highlight surface defects, illuminate shiny surfaces, and side lighting. The devices can be configured for all common light waves.

To avoid reflections, polarizing filters can be used with the illuminator. A diffuser and mounting bracket (catalog number SXX3 010213) is attached to the illuminator.

Darkfield illuminators are ideal for detecting edges and contours. The standard beam angle is 80 °, however, on special order, it is possible to make an illuminator with a beam angle of 70° - 90°. The illuminators are equipped with diffusers ensuring even lighting.

A series of high-power off-axis ring-shaped illuminators, providing a close horizontal light plane that is useful to highlight surface defects, illuminating shiny surfaces, and with side lighting. The devices can be configured for all common light waves and are available in one size of 200 mm.
