TCCX

The TCCX series are lenses designed for inspecting flat surfaces and have an integrated telecentric coaxial illuminator. This configuration works well for surface control - detection of small defects, such as scratches, grooves. TCCX lenses are used in many industrial sectors: from electronics to glass and mechanical components. TCCX are twin lens models without built-in illuminators from the TCLWD series.
