Description
Target of purchase: Devices will be used to acquire hyperspectral images of objects moved over conveyor belt
Detailed description:
Task 1:
Hyperspectral camera acquiring data in NIR SWIR range:
- Linescan camera, spectral range not less than: 900-1700 nm
- Spatial resolution not lower than 512px
- Spectral resolution FWHM: not worse than 8nm
- Number of spectral bands: not less than 220
- Maximum framerate (full spectra and spatial resolution): not less 500 Hz
- Viewing angle 38° (+/-2°) and F number not higher than F#1.7
- SNR not worse than 1000:1
- Integrated black calibration shutter
- CameraLink Interface
Task 2:
Hyperspectral camera MWIR-LWIR:
- Linescan camera, spectral range not less than: 2.7-5.3 μm
- Spatial resolution not lower than 512px
- Spectral resolution FWHM: not worse than 35nm
- Number of spectral bands: not less than 150
- Maximum framerate (full spectra and spatial resolution): not lower than300 Hz
- Viewing angle 45° (+/-2°)
- SNR not worse than 1600:1
- Sensor technology InSb
- Integrated cooler lifetime MTTF not shorter than 25 000h

Task 3:
Set of MWIR-LWIR light:
- Covers spectral range 2.7-5.3 μm
- Length of heating element not lower than 750mm
- Number of heating elements: 2
- Reflector collimating output heat
- Electric power not higher than 3kW
- Optical power allowing to reach exposure time not longer than 1.5ms, in the focus point, using hyperspectral camera with 35nm FWHM filter, in selected band in range 2.7 -5.3µm. Measurement taken on reference board with reflectance not worse than 80%.
Task 4:
Calibration plates:
- 1 piece of calibration tile. Dimensions not lower 100x100mm:
- Reflectance not lower than 92 % in range 250 – 2500 nm
- 1 piece of calibration tile. Dimensions not lower 670x70mm:
- Reflectance not lower than 80 % in range 2.7 -5.3µm
Formal requirements:
- The offer should include transport costs
- The offer should be placed on the provided offer form
- The tenderer must sign a declaration of lack of personal and capital connections
- A contract for the delivery of goods will be signed with the winner
Criteria for evaluation of quotes:
Offer should be placed in PLN or EUR. Price in EUR will be converted to PLN basing on mBank sell exchange rate (valid on the day of issuing the offer).
For tasks 1-3:
Price PLN net– 80%
Power consumption – 20%
The quote will be evaluated using below equation:
O=(Cmax-Coferty)/(Cmax-Cmin)*80+(Pmax-Poferty)/(Pmax-Pmin)*20
Where:
O – evaluation of the offer
Cmax – the highest price within received offers
Cmin – the lowest price within received offers
Coferty – the PLN net price of the offer
Pmax – the highest power consumption in Watts within received offers
Pmin – the lowest power consumption in Watts within received offers
Poferty – the power consumption in Watts of the offer
For task 4:
Price net PLN 100%
