PET preform quality control
Goal of PET preform quality check is to eliminate any erroneous pieces. A special attention was paid here by AVICON to reach a decent check frequency of more than 10 pcs/s and combining more than 20 types of different parameters:
- volume inclusions
- correct dimensions and cross section shape
- centricity and ovality
After successful pass, you can be sure that bottle will have perfect sealing, will fullfill pressure durability requirement and will have a perfect, non-stained look.
